Career background
Mark gained management experience in the leisure industry where he developed a passion for people development. As an accredited sport psychologist he has worked with elite sportsmen in both football and cricket. For the last 10 years he has been evolving leadership development and specialises in creating contexts for enhancing adaptive capacity in a very turbulent world. Mark is now Head of Leadership and Organisational Development and has worked with mast for over six years.

» Lead and co-created the innovative transforming leadership suites for Chartis UK and developed the management population in Central and Eastern Europe. Facilitated leadership development within the Global Executive programme, at board level through to middle and emerging leaders and graduates. We are embedded in the DNA of Chartis and are organisational development work continues to evolve.
» Developed the senior leadership team and leadership culture at Burrswood.
» Supported new, middle and senior managers in delivering innovative change projects in the Guinness Partnership as part of an ongoing leadership and cultural development programme.
» Designed, delivered and lead a global graduate induction programme for 200 analysts at HSBC. The programme involved cultural aspects, Corporate Social Responsibility and full involvement of MaST’s Theatre & Film team.
» Designed and delivered a series of bespoke inspirational leadership programmes with HBOS middle managers.
» Designed and delivered a Global Programme for ABN Amro to enable the procurement team to act as change agents. Skills developed included change management, influencing, facilitation and creative problem solving.
» Designed and co-delivered change management workshops specifically tailored to enable successful delivery of key operations projects at Alliance Bernstein. Recently developed a leadership programme focussing on engagement and development of staff.
