As an Accredited Values Coach, Debbra assists individuals to identify and flourish in their life and career purpose. With a holistic approach, Debbra enjoys helping people reach their potential by addressing physical, emotional, spiritual and professional possibilities.

At the Values Technology home office in Santa Cruz, California, in addition to coaching, Debbra, enhances product development, curriculum development and customer service. Prior to her involvement at Values Technology, she founded "Living Well Coach" in 1996 offering seminars, small group classes, and coaching for personal, relational and health goals.

Debbra has a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Bethany University, Santa Cruz and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan. She has also completed graduate level coursework in the Organization and Management Development program at Fielding Graduate University.
